Yes. myRxLink is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.
What happened to the Rx2GO app?
Rx2GO is now part of myRxLink. You can still refill prescriptions and access your Rx2GO profile, just inside the myRxLink app.
Do I need an account to refill?
No. A quick refill only needs your prescription number. To see your full prescription history, log in with the card number and PIN we issue. Ask our team for yours.
Can I upload a new prescription?
Yes. Take a photo of your prescription and upload it in the app. Our team will be in touch if we need anything else.
I don't have a smartphone. Can I still refill?
Yes. Refill online from any computer, or call or visit the store.
Can I book appointments in the app?
Our appointments are booked online through our clinic booking page, not in the app. Book minor ailment assessments, consultations, vaccines and Primary Care Clinic visits there, or call the store.
Book online with our pharmacists and clinic team, or ask us in store for help getting set up with the app.
